Enterprise programs or simple ITSM projects needs rigorous planning to ensure a successful implementation. But the question is, “Where to start?” 

There are many assessment models based on proprietary methods. These models make it difficult to compare assessments across models and suppliers, and it can be almost impossible to define and document the initiatives that best enhance process maturity to a desired target.

  • We can assess process maturity in support of a company’s improvement work for the determination of where you are and afterwards checking of whether they achieved the goal.

TIPA for ITIL is an opportunity to continually assess maturity of processes and give recommendations for improvement based on an objective standard and a specific method of certain tools.

TIPA is developed by the Luxembourg Institute for Science and Technology (LIST) and is based on the ISO/IEC 15504-33000 (Process Assessment) and ISO/IEC 20000 (ITSM Quality Standard) standards.
